Carolina Shootout and Youth Academy Festival

The tournament committee requires that all out-of-town teams utilize one of our contracted tournament hotels. Teams that do not will be at risk of forfeiting their acceptance. Rooms will be booked at one of our partner hotels that are committed to the success of our tournaments.

Each team registering for the CSA events must make its hotel reservation request through Convention Planning, Inc., by completing the form below. Only the team contact needs to register for their team housing. Once you successfully register by completing the below, a partner hotel representative will contact you to finalize your team reservation request.
